The Youth Bowlers Showcase Tournament went off
smoothly, with Champions being crowned in each of the four
divisions. Starting a little before the 1:00PM scheduled time with
announcements, introductions of the 45 participants, a memorial recital and
moment of silence for Wayne Sanders, the National Anthem and 10 minutes of
practice.
Following the 1 game qualification for position of
the Bantams and Preps, and the 2 game qualification for position of the
Juniors and Major/Seniors, match play began.

the Topeka USBC Bowling Association.
In the Championship round, bowler 1 & 2 bowled against each other and
bowler 3 bowled against qualifier # 4, whose score is the number just after the
score of bowler 3. Example, Tony Nelson bowled 226 in the finals game
while qualifier 4 bowled 180, thus 226/180.
